    The College library possesses 28,900 volumes which include the standard reference books of Eminent Scholars & legal dignitaries, and text books of reputed authors. In addition to this, the library has 531 books on Buddhism written by eminent scholars, 225 books written by Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar on various subjects, and also 752 collections of rare books written by various scholars on the life and mission of Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar.
    From 9.00 a.m. to 5.00 p.m. on all working days. However, extended up to 9.00 p.m. The detail timing will be notified separately from time to time.
    This section stocks recent edition of Text Books. Students can borrow one book at a time by depositing their Identity Cards / Library Cards for reading in the library only. Besides the Text Books, students can avail Bare Acts pertaining to the syllabus, University Examination Questions papers and College Examination Papers, etc.
    Students can borrow their Text Book for home reading from this Section. Generally the student can get one book per week from this section. Extension can be granted at the discretion of the Librarian. A fine of Rs. 5/- per week will be charged if a book is not returned within the stipulated time.
    Ex-students are permitted with the previous permission from the Principal to read in the College library, subject to the availability of accommodation on payment of a Library fee of Rs. 300/-, and for others Rs. 500/-.
    Selected books are made available to issue during each semester to the Students belonging to SC/ST. Eligible Students may apply for books from the special collection as per the schedule fixed by the library. A Book Bank Scheme has been conducted by library as per University norms.
    In addition to above, the library provides various services such as Membership, Circulation, References, Book Bank Scheme, User awareness, etc.
    Improved work culture and its innovations have been introduced in the library. Students can avail of the internet facilities.

    Every student must submit his / her valid identity card / library card at the counter of the library and reading room
  a) Pencil or ink marking and writing on the library books, pages or pictures of books or any other way which have the effect of mutilating the books will be treated as Library indiscipline. The last reader will be held responsible unless he / she points out to the Librarian at the time of issue that the book has been previously marked or pages removed, failing which the last reader will be liable to a fine.
  b) The Reference Books, Question Paper sets, etc. will be issued for reference only in the Reading Room and on no account they should be taken out of reading room.
  c) Students must refrain from disturbing others in the Library & Reading Room. Smoking is strictly prohibited in college premises.
  d) The student should immediately inform the Librarian any loss, damage of book borrowed by him / her.
  e) Students should avoid bringing any precious belongings to the Library. In the event of such things being lost, the Library will not be held responsible.
  f) Students should maintain absolute silence and decorum in the reading hall.
  g) Violation of these rules will not be resorted to under any circumstance.
  h) Any matter not covered by these rules will rest at the absolute discretion of the Principal / Librarian.
    Library deposits will be refunded at the end of the academic year on making application and subject to the clearance certificate obtained from the Library/Office. Students are advised to keep the receipt properly as the same to be produced at the time of application for refund.
    Only refundable deposit amount will be paid back after deducting Rs.10/- as administra­tive charges, in the event of cancellation of admission. Existing rules will apply
    However, a prior notice of seven days for cancellation of admission is required. Refund will be to the extent of 75% of the fees if request for cancellation is made within 10 days from the date of admission. Beyond this period, a student is not entitled to get any refund.
